A Glowing Candle is a hobby for me.  I am a hobbyist that enjoys making candles that are beautiful as well as eco friendly and safe to burn.  I am happy to be able to make these candles available and affordable to you via the  web.   My parent company, Computing Magic is running the web and finances. This is a home-based business, comprised of me. My mission is to provide you with the safest and best quality natural product candles.  I currently make Gel and Natural Palm Wax candles.  In the future, I plan to add Natural Soy candles as well.

Your order will be shipped to you by UPS or USPS; depending on the weight and cost.  All shipments are insured.  Your order will be packaged with the best of care so it can be delivered to you undamaged.  You will be notified by email when your package has been released for shipment.   If damage occurs during shipping, please report the damage within 3 days of receipt. All damaged items and packaging materials must be kept for carrier inspection. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.
 

Product Returns:

Do to the fact that A Glowing Candle's products are hand made and custom in nature, I do not accept returns. I do insure EVERY shipment. If for some reason your order arrives damaged, I will help you recover your money from the shipper in any way I can.
